Service Terms & Conditions
Our courses and range programs are on a first come first served basis and are limited to attendants in order for our instructors to maximize safety, interaction and experience. Unless you are booking a private course or group event specifically tailored for your requirements, courses can be cancelled at any time with limited notice to you. This is sometimes due to locations becoming unavailable or instructors simply falling ill and coverage is unattainable. If this occurs, you will be provided a notice and call of a new rescheduled date and if you cannot reschedule because of our cancellation, then we will refund your registration fee.
If you cannot attend a course/program you are registered for within 48 hours of the actual course date, you must email or call us and we will be happy to reschedule you to the next upcoming course/program where space is available. If we do not hear from you, we cannot help you. We do not provide refunds or reschedules on courses you simply did not attend for whatever reason because the space cannot be filled on short notice and because of our course attendant limits.
Our course programs are specifically for recreational, competitive and professional use. Our course programs and materials may change at any time and no notification will be provided to non-registered attendants. You agree by registering for our courses or range programs that these materials or skills development will be applied and used responsibly and that we cannot assure nor can guarantee you will become proficient in these skills once you have completed our course programs. Practice and continued skills development is up to you, we instruct you on what to practice and inform you on the knowledge of enhancing your skills.
Refusal of Services
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone prior to registration or remove them from any course/program without eligibility of refund or reschedule. This includes but is not limited to, anyone that has already registered for one of our CFSC courses or field and range programs that during attendance is under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
This also includes but is not limited to, any persons attending any of our field and range programs that: (a) displaces unwelcoming behavior of any kind; (b) discourtesy, rude or discriminative attitude to others; (c) handles themselves by action or behavior in a manner that jeopardizes their own health and safety and of others; (d) not having proper equipment, safety accessories, clothing, footwear or ammunition requirements per their course/requirements description; or (e) in a manner necessary to remove you from your field and range program because of health or medical related observations.
We may also refuse your participation in a course/program that you’ve registered and paid for if, but is not limited specifically to: (a) not having your RPAL/PAL in your possession at time of your course/program; (b) not having valid registration cards and transport permits (ATT) in your possession for your firearm(s); and (c) by bringing firearms that are prohibited or not part of the course/program you have registered for. No exceptions to any of these requirements.
Engagement of Services
Registration and payment to one of our field and range programs secures your position to the program. Pariticpation is not valid until you complete an Attendance & Waiver Form ("Waiver") that is provided to you by a program instructor at the time of your arrival. We do not provide these forms online for advanced completion because we also want to be able to validate your PAL/RPAL at the time of your attendance.
If you do not want to complete this Waiver or provide proof of ID and PAL/RPAL licensing, then you will not be allowed to participate in your program and a refund will be provided less a 20% administration and loss of space fee. If you forget to bring your PAL/RPAL or valid government ID such as a driver's license to validate proof of your identification, then you will not be able to participate in your program and we will reschedule your program to the next allowable date with an opening. No exceptions.

If we do refuse your participation for failing to have proper equipment, safety accessories, or required ammunition per your course/program requirements, we will try to accommodate a reschedule for you on a date of the same course/program that has an opening.
