Once you’ve successfully received your PAL/RPAL (Possession to Acquire License) and have purchased your first firearms, we offer closely supervised group courses on the shooting basics and effective handling of your firearms. Our courses are limited to  individuals at any given time to maximize instructor interaction, safety and experience. THIS IS PERSONAL TRAINING BY APPOINTMENT.

 

Our courses are designed for safety and maximizing your experience. Please do not attend our courses wearing open toe foot wear or garments that would impede your activity. Please see our services policy for more information.

Basic Hands On & Live Fire Courses 

Basic Handgun & Range Safety - Level 1.

 

Designed for individuals that have limited to no experience in semi-automatic handgun handling and shooting skills. Note this course is not designed for owners of revolvers.

 

  • Cost: $200 + GST Per Person

  • Duration:  2hrs. / 6 Persons Maximum

  • Range Safety and Effective Handling

  • Emergency Range Protocols & Procedures

  • Cleaning & Maintenance of your Firearms

  • Introduction to Hostlers & Equipment

  • Introduction to Ballistics

  • Basic Shooting Skills & Fundamentals

  • Basic Target Acquisition / Shooting

 

Mandatory Program Requirements:

 

  • Proof of RPAL / PAL

  • Minimum 200 Rounds of Ammunition

  • Student Firearm / 2 Pistol Magazines

  • Eyes and Ear Protection

  • Notepad / Water / Snacks

  • Dress appropriate for outdoor.

  • Dress – Running Shoes or Boots

  • Absolutely - no open toe footwear

  • Optional:

    • Shooting/Duty Belt

    • Holster and Magazine Holders

    • Shooting Gloves

    • Baseball Hat

 

 

 

Basic Handgun & Skills Development - Level 2.

 

Designed for individuals that have limited but not regular experience in handling semi-automatic handguns but want to increase their skill sets. Note this course is not designed for owners of revolvers.

 

  • Cost: $270 + GST Per Person

  • Duration:  2hrs. / 3 Persons Maximum

  • Loading & Reloading Techniques

  • Effective Holster Techniques

  • Effective Equipment Setup

  • Basic Shooting in Multiple Positions

  • Basic Situational Awareness Fundamentals

  • Basic Strong / Weak Hand Engagements

  • Basic Malfunctions and Recovery

  • Basic Multiple Target Shooting Fundamentals

 

Mandatory Program Requirements:

 

  • Proof of RPAL / PAL

  • Minimum 300 Rounds of Ammunition

  • Student Firearm / 3 Pistol Magazines

  • Eyes and Ear Protection

  • Notepad / Water / Snacks

  • Dress appropriate for outdoor weather.

  • Dress – Running Shoes or Boots

  • Absolutely no open toe footwear

  • Shooting/Duty Belt

  • Holster and Magazine Holders

Basic Semi Auto Rifle & Range Safety - Level 1.

 

Designed for individuals that have limited to no experience in handling or shooting semi-automatic rifles. This course is designed specifically for AR and CZ platforms, Tavor21 and Robinson XCR rifle systems.

 

  • Cost: $200 + GST Per Person

  • Duration:  2hrs. / 3 Persons Maximum

  • Range Safety and Effective Handling

  • Emergency Range Protocols & Procedures

  • Cleaning & Maintenance of your Firearms

  • Introduction to Slings and Equipment

  • Introduction to Sights & Optics Selection

  • Introduction to Firearm Characteristics & Ballistics

  • Basic Shooting Skills & Fundamentals

  • Basic Reload Management

  • Basic Target Acquisition / Shooting

  • Student Firearm / 4 Magazines

  • Eyes and Ear Protection

  • Shooting/Duty Belt / Chest Rigs

  • Magazine Holders or Pouches

  • Dump Pouch

  • Knee & Elbow Pads

Basic Semi Auto Rifle & Handgun Handling Skills - Level 3.

 

Designed for individuals that have novice and regular experience in handling or shooting semi-automatic rifles and handguns and combines our Basic Handgun and Semi-Automatic Rifle Level 2 courses in one. This introduces attendants to various basic movements, stress conditions, tactics and is further exposed to certain basic physical cardio stress. If you have medical or heart conditions, please check with your physician before enrolling in this course. This course is designed specifically for semi-automatic handguns and AR, CZ platforms, Tavor21 and Robinson XCR rifle systems.

 

  • Cost: $375 + GST Per Person

  • Duration:  3hrs. / 3 Persons Maximum

  • Basic Transition Management between Primary (Rifle) and Secondary (Handgun) equipment

  • Basic Transitions of Shooting (Strong & Weak Hand) for both Primary and Secondary

  • Basic Multiple Target Acquisition and Transition Engagement Skills

  • Basic Multiple Situational Target Engagement Skills

  • Basic Movement Shooting Positions & Stress

  • Basic Reload Management in all Positions

  • Basic Malfunctions & Recovery Management

  • Basic Multiple Target / Movement Course of Fire
